Does your son want to Join the only Islamic Cub Scouts in Richmond, VA?

Cub Scout Pack #1863 is accepting enrollment of boys aged 6 through 9 years old. Meetings are held three times per month on Friday evenings at ICVA on Buford Road.

What will my son do at a Cub Scout Den Meeting?

During the den meetings the boys and their parent/s participate in an age appropriate activity. The activities are designed to be fun while teaching and reinforcing core life skills. There will also be a monthly pack meeting in addition to the two monthly den meetings. The pack meeting brings all of the dens together.

Pack #1863 will reinforce religious values according to Islamic teachings. Our pack mission is to nurture our sons and teach them the benefits of exemplary behavior and its contribution toward successful dawa. InshAllah, we will accomplish this goal by engaging and challenging our young boys to be the best possible representatives of Islam. Pack #1863 will strive to increase their confidence, teach them the value and importance of strong leadership, and reinforce positivity in their practice of Islam. This effort, InshAllah, will strengthen public perception of our religious values and further contribute to the strength of our community.
